Thread: My Manager's

My manager and his manager don't have a F'ingG clue on how to run a LPG company. I say this because they are turning to me for the answer's. I walked out of the job on weds night due to work,stress,and,anger overload. The winter is our busiest time of the year and the massive frezze that has hit s.wales over the last few week's as had everyone demanding gas so management think that me and the driver's can and should work around the clock.

Our driver's have worked 11 day's on the bounce. and yet they still want them to run bent (off taco) and are giving the driver 's cash if they do so and asking me to work more than the 12-14 hour's i am already doing so i can load/unload the lorry's at 8,9,10 o'clock at night and be back in for 6am and also offering double time over the weekend and after 8pm during the week. The crazys are going home at 5 pm and asking me to keep thing's ticking over. We all like the $$$$$$ but these cu*ts should have a system of work in place for the winter month's. Any way i'm of to work as i'm late. Merry christmas all (I maybe working).

Most places would recruit temps over winter. Like most managers that would probably be too much hassle for them.
