mmi-3g in q7?

Hi is it possible to retrofit the new mmi-3g into an 07 plate Q7? It loos brilliant!

Yes but loads of bits need replacing, I reckon your looking at at least 3 grand.

Just done 3G in my Q7, yes it would cost around 3k. Fitted MMI 3G HDD nav, TV, Radio with DAB, BOSE Sound, SDS, Bluetooth, AMI, 6 CD etc...

Also fixes required for the aircon system as that changed between 2007/8 and my 2010 AC unit didn't work anymore. But it does now.

I would do you a deal, you purchase a 3G+ control panel and 5f unit for a q7 and i would let you take the 3g mmi panel and 5f unit in mine. these are the most expensive parts, im sure we could sort a deal.

Thankfully as I already have 3G all i need is a new 5F unit and a control panel so the buttons are correct..... and coding haha
