Hello from the newbie.

Anyone know how far the Q7 drops at the back when put into access mode? The reason I ask is I currently have a Jeep grand cherokee and my dogs struggle to jump in the back as its really high, and I have been looking at the Q7 as my next motor. Anyone know?

cheers in advance.

 :superman: Sounds to me like you need a dog ramp

eerrrrrrrrr no! an audi with air suspension will be just fine!!

Just imagine it, i'd look so cool in my black Q7 and then i'd pull out the oap ramp!! I'm going into audi at the weekend to have a blast in an rs4 avant so i'll ask the question then.

Why not get the RS4 avant then they could walk right into the boot.

dog stilts....?

Or just when you want to let the dogs in, let all the air out of the tyres, load the dogs, then merely pump up the tyres and off you go!

emgpoll, while I like the idea of the making the dog walk the plank, the load assist on the Q7 drops the tail about 3 inches. Though I have found it a bit hit and miss, but still learning how to work the thing:confused:
