Q7 New Owner - Auto Lock Problems

Hi,

Collected the car and the auto lock worked fine but now when i walk away the car doesnt seem to lock on its own its keyless too...?

All the settings are set to on incl auto lock.......

anybody have any ideas to reconfigure if required

Turn the auto lock to off and then lick the car. Then open it turn the ignition on and set back to auto on

Dont you have to press the button on the door handle to lock it?

How do you mean turn it on and off as i thought the auto lock in the mmi is for when you start moving?
