iPhone 5 won't connect with AMi

Hi all

I have just purchased a new Audi Q5 and I am trying to connect my iPhone 5 to the AMI system. I have the lightning to 30pin adaptor but the system only charges the iPhone and does not recognise the device in order to play my music. I connect an iPhone 4 without any issues.

Please help

My understanding is it doesn't work yet... Needs an MMI update.
I use Bluetooth audio streaming.

Which colour lead do you have? RED or BLUE

I have the lead with the Blue colour end.

I just bought an 08 q7 with the same issue.

Will an mmi update fix this?
