i keep getting climate controll(rear) error/no communication with vcds,i wrote to rosstech who got back with this message below
I believe +16 = Display control unit for rear Climatronic (E265) installed in included in the coding you have. If you do not believe E265 is installed in this vehicle try subtracting 16 for a new coding of 0297990.
Although, if E265 is really installed you may have a faulty control panel or a wiring issues on the vehicle - so using the incorrect coding may cause (new) functional issues of some sort.
All i have in my car is 2 buttons to control rear heated seats,but no climate/digital display.......could the car have had the digital panel,and now it doesn't exist or has it had a module replaced at some point or just coded incorrectly????
anyone with rear heated seats only,please check the coding they have in 08-HVAC module ?
