You know what this thread reminds me of? A lego set.
You should number the parts and do a step by step guide of how to put it all together :)

Are you doing the interior, ie: Dials, centre console, etc.?

Fitting S4 dash and instruments. Won't be doing that till I'm fitting the engine and tranny, due to transponder issues. I've also got an RNS-E Navigation Plus to fit.

Still looking for an RS4 leather interior, or S4 Recaros.

Can I ask how you're gonna open the boot? Solenoid? Was looking at doing something similar to get rid of the ugly big *** lock that sticks out of the pre face lift boot lid, tidy things up a bit.

I'm using the stock facelift touchpads and solenoid.

Nice project!!!

Are you going to use a S4 rear like Doc, or the OEM RS4 mixed with the S4 one...? Friend of mine just finished a RS4 saloon project, used the S4 and RS4 bumper, cut it in half and made a RS4 saloon rear..Looks nice and OEM... Too bad he didnt take pics of it, but Audiman83 did the same, you can find it on A4-freunde.de...

I'm using the Euro S4 rear bumper. I did consider using a combination of RS4 / 2000-spec A4, but don't like the RS4 rear on a sedan, it makes the rear end look way too heavy.

I think the Euro S4 bumper looks great on a sedan.

Ok, i prefer the RS4 piece, like the Austrian Car on Docurley`s website..
Awesome car, that white one..

S4 euro is also nice....:icon_thumright:

Nice one Siena, hope it all comes together smoothly. I have PM'd you the wheel place you asked about.

Last part of the turbo jigsaw fell in place for my RS4 rep today. Should have it back on the road in 2 weeks now :)

You'll have to post some updated photos when yours is done Andy. I've got a ming blue saloon, and it's painful to see one looking nicer than mine!

So 2 RS4 saloon projects on the go, and no pics as of yet?? Tut-tut!!
Once I start my Reliant Robin Evo build I will post loadsa pics, Im expecting 125bhp at the front wheel.

Lol, easy for you!

The bodyshop's not local to me at all, it's a 130-mile round trip, and I work full time.

Unless the bodyshop contacts me for something specific, not worth me taking time off, and losing money. Besides, I've left him with cameras to take pics, as he goes along.

WoW! What a project, cant wait to see more on it and would be coool if you would disclose the cost at the end, I'd love to do this but a) not in my budget and b) girlfriend would kill me.
I'll just have to wait for you or Docurley to sell and hopefully I can afford 1 :(

@ Z82: Will disclose cost, eventually!

Like your V6 quattro Sport. Is that Alpine white, or is it Pearl white? Looks pearl in the picture.

what a protect, I am one of many that wants to do this but think its such a big job, so great respect to you and looking forward to the end result...

I think once yours is done we should get all 3 together for a photo shoot??

Yes, Andy. That'll be a great idea!

Neither

Cant remeber the exact colour its Hawian White or something daft like that, will need to check it out when I get home, love Pearl though

More likely "Casablanca" white. LY9G.

This makes my votex kit that I've just had fitted sound a bit naff lol. Looking forward to seeing it Siena, any chance of a youtube vid/sound bite would be nice to see and hear the finished article/roar!

I've got an S4 realted engine question for you but I'll start my own thread don't want to jump this badboy!

Jpc, no worries, your later A4 will look great with the Votex kit. Votex have supplied Audi themselves for years, so pretty good.

As for your S4-into-1.8TQS, PM me, and we can talk.

At long last, it would appear work's moving on at last!

Will be down the bodyshop on Saturday the 12th, and take some pictures.

Cant wait for the new piccys Siena:icon_thumright: Your car is going to be a beast!

Should be an awesome conversion when you're done. Is your 1.8T a quattro?

As for my chosen colour, I did consider black, but way too sedate for me.
