Hi guys i have had my tt for 6 months now and have had a full engine rebuild with forged pistons and conrods new cylinder head and turbo this is my weekend car that i would like to start doing some track days with. i would like to see how close i can get to 300 bhp once all the engine work is complete im going to start replacing all the suspension parts and brakes.

spec so far

wossner pistons
pec conrods
new cylinder head
new ko4 turbo
new clutch plus flywheel
creation motorsport tip and other various silicone hoses

things to get
forge 007 diverter valve
forge fmic
3"downpipe
decat
milltek non res system
stage 2 remap

Car looks stunning. Good start to build thread, i will be following this with much interest. :) x
 
nice build. any particular reason for the engine rebuild, did something fail?
a little optimistic to reach 300.
a large port head and a new exhaust manifold would help you get to 300.
 
Hi the reason for the reuild was because of a cambelt fail i no that 300bhp will be hard to get just want to see how close i can get with out going for a hybrid/big turbo i no a few people on cupra net have got close to 300bhp with the ko4 turbo but i guess i will need bigger injectors to get anywere near that. My main goal is to have a reliable car that is fun on track but can still be used on the road as well.
