been looking at an olympus slr this weekend in currys sale 10 million pixels ? stupid question probably to those in the know , how does that relate to megapixels ? 400 down to 280 bucks .

10 megapixels, I've got an olympus SLR, an E500 and I've been very pleased with it, but I am only a beginner with the SLR's I think most of the more seasoned people seem to go for canon SLR's but each to their own I suppose, I've always had olympus compacts so thats why I chose them for the SLR because I've always been very pleased with their gear.
