Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes.
Does anyone know how i can remove/blank out a reg number off a video?

cant really be done well unless you have expensive software.
Or u could split it up frame by frame an do it the usual way, but you might be there a while....

It can be done in Adobe Premiere but it does take a while. Involves manipulating a 2nd layer over the original image where the 2nd layer is blur/boxxy and you have to shift it around.

Thats the 2nd ever so slightly easier and quicker option. But still a pain.

use adobe after effect, as above using a second layer but easy in after effects

I have adobe premiere but i cant seem to figure it out???
