Was that at Abingdon in Oxon? If so where in Abingdon?

It was at the old WW2 airfield just outside Abingdon (search for abingdon airfield on google), top day out (bit hot though) Just wish I'd taken my car (but you needed a race licence and helmet / race suit etc)
 
Gotcha, I live in Abbo but never heard of the sprint day, strange. Will keep an eye out for it for next year!
