Tried the new lens out today (24-105mm) and it seems a really good all-round lens so i'm pretty happy with it. Did a few shots of my brother's and my mate's mx-5s and tried to do some post processing in the style of Laurent Nivalle.

Do you think this may have worked better with the cars just outside the water?

In a word, yes. I think it would have worked better with the cars just outside of the water actually, it's the first time i've attempted a reflection type shot like that and so i'll know for next time at at least. It also means I don't have to get my feet quite so wet next time!!
