"Busy"
I have a Cannon EOS 500D with a 32gb Sandisk extreme 30mb/sec, it is virtually always displaying "busy" in the bottom left of the screen and is becoming really frustrating as i have to wait upto 10sec before taking shots.
I have tried formatting the memory card to no success ( i purchashed this card as the last one did the same and thought it was the card)
Any ideas ????

Do you take a LOT of photos ? Memory cards can suffer from performance drops after so many writes have been performed.

If you are shooting in raw at full burst you'll fill the buffer within or shots and have to wait while the digic cpus process it and write it to disk. The only help you can give it is to use the fasted card you can get. which you more or less have already
Try and smaller card and see if that helps.
I would not want to run 32gb in a camera, thats alot of images to lose if the card fails.
