Tyres?

I used to be a great fan of Yokohamas with my quicker cars, I found that at the time they were the only ones able to put 210 bhp from a front w/d car to the road without too much shimming. Recently however I have fallen for Avons. Just had four put on and they are superb, replacing the P tyres with better grip in the wet and dry. I had to change up from 50-55 profile though, in order to put the speedo back near the plot.

I think Toyo do do another tyre tread other than V Tread, but never heard anything about them.

The TS-1's are the V tread and they are the same tyre that came third in the EVO tyre test last year. Incidentally, Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's won. But it was Goodyear's tyre proving ground /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Blimey I obvoiusly don't drive hard enough!

I have Michelin Sport's on my car and they seem okay although a bit twitchy and light on the front end at speed (I always thought that was the car???)
