Rear headrests

Does anyone know how to remove the rear headrests?
Child's car seat doesn't sit right with it in, but can't seem to get it out!

You need to use a flat head screwdriver as well as pressing the button and pulling the headrest up

I discovered this myself the other day.

I wonder why they did it this way, it is annoying. I frequently remove the child seat and replace the head rest.
