Bluetooth Phone Pairing with MMI

Hi, have noticed when my phone is paired with MMI and the phone is on silent there is no ringtone from MMI. Is this right or is there a setting to manage this?

There's a ringtone setting somewhere... though mine rings regardless of what profile my phone is in
