Sorry for what might seem like a stupid question but am I right that the S3 and 184 quattro are the only ones with launch control ?

My a3 3.2 2004 has launch control

6 speed DSG "wet clutch" will do launch control. 7 speed "dry clutch" DSG does not have the launch control function.

I have the 1.8 quattro with the 6 speed DSG and I have seen a video of this engine "launch control " on YouTube but in the manual it says petrol engines 140 KW and higher so made me question

If it's six speed it should do it.
