One thing I noticed during my recent test drive of the new A3 was that the wing mirrors appear to be positioned slightly further back along the door when compared to other cars I've driven, and as I'm only 5ft 6in tall, I have to have my seat further forward than taller drivers, which meant that the wing mirrors felt as if they were too far back for me.
