Just wondering, in due to get delivery in May next year, will it have tyre pressure monitoring and DAB as standard, as they weren't when I was in the showroom a month ago (when I was with the ultra keen in upgrades sales person)?

Indeed. Free Dab but Audi reduced the standard of the base level audio to offset cost !
No, they increased the price of the car it late July by exactly the cost of the DAB option. The base level audio has been in place since the 8V was launched. I was lucky enough to order mine after DAB was standard and before the price increase!
