i want to know how complicate is too put oem tyre pressure and how does it cost.... (the car came in my hand yesterday)

Depends if your abs module etc supports the enabling as I suspect audi have fitted compatible parts already, you'd have to try enabling if vcds is upto date enough to see the bits to enable.
