Not according to the Audi configurator, only available currently with a manual box.

i am interested to know when it will be available also.

According to the model information on the Audi ETKA program, production of the 1.4 TFSI COD with s-tronic was due to start in May 2013. It is already listed on the Price list on the Audi Germany website so hopefully not too much longer.
