I spend my quiet evenings looking at cover songs on youtube and come across some good ones.
All ways on the look out for more.

What's your favourite cover of a song?

Good thread - I really love it when an artist takes someone elses song and makes something completely new from it. Hate it when they just cover it in the exact same style - totally pointless
Futureheads - Hounds of love
Claudia Brucken - I'd be surprisingly good for you
Elvis Costello - Peace Love & Understanding
Pink - I touch myself

My favourite song cover is a day like today by Elbow, covered by snow patrol, they did real good job of it.

ive been listening to a band called pomplamoose, totally different to what i would normally listen to, think its cause i find the girl singer hot
