What a head f**k!

He was a lunatic in the asylum - the film was a complete role-play of his delusions ... until the end. Well f**ked off, waste of time. But here's the thing. I'm a Psychologist and for the first 30 minutes I considered the possibility of this at the beginning - although the beginning deliberately lies to eliminate one thinking he's deluded but forgets it lied and leaves a logical loose end. So after allowing the film to convince me at face-value we get to the end and ... ! I figured it about 5 minutes beforehand in that it was pointless the lighthouse being a conspicuous place for secret surgeries because it was totally inaccessible for transporting equipment etc etc etc. If you see the film, and anyone who has, will get what I'm saying.
