    I done my own so cost me nothing. Took me just over 5 hours but I could do it quicker if I had to do it again. When I was at Glasgow getting my map done they quoted me £350 labour

    On idle and revving while stationary my flap stays open. It must close once you move off. I know mine works as I'm running a 3" downpipe and I can hear the difference when it opens.

    They don't move when stationary but you should notice it slightly noisier above 3500 rpm. To test the actuator just put a piece of pipe on and suck which should work the flap.
