    What I think you need is this, Camshaft/Crankshaft postion sensor.

    I wouldn't trust the ones on eBay, you better off going to TPS or a dealer for the genuine part. Not cheap, but worth it. Having said that the one on ECP looks ok!

    You may want to double check the one for the S3, it maybe different?

    2007 S3 in brilliant red (best colour if you ask me) totally standard and un-abused. Only mod is an upgraded DV valve as the original perished. Car has covered 93k. I have meticulously cared for this...
