    Thats the Egr and shutter valve. i just wiggled it off, just a vacuum pipe. You shouldn't have any issues putting it back on unless you drop a bolt, then you have to take the belly pan off, like...

    You dont pull the clip off...just prise it back a bit to release the pipe. I used parafin to clean it....very messy job
