    You can get the grommet from halfords for a couple of quid, code HFX321. You can cut enough plastic away from the wiper to actually pull it through the boot if you're stuck, saves risking the glass

    For beginners a torque wrench is bad news if they get it set up wrong they snap things just use a ratchet and plug socket you can feel it tighten and just nip it a little
