    Heard you're the man to give advice about larger nozzles...... 2.5V6 TDi (BDG)

    Im looking for some more grunt, and going down the route of Nozzles / turbo - what's your recommendations and also any idea on where I can source the kit for a fair price?

    I don't know but it smokes at 1.9bar boost.Why did you change the nozzles.? Can't you just rise their openning pressure.? I'm running 2260 with p970 nozzles and I'm not happy.I think that because of the quattro i'm loosing the power.I don't know what to think.What are your new nozzles?

    Whats your max fuel atm? 63mg/str? I'm running currently 50mg/str and it runns pretty good. Around 235-240hp atm with 1.5b boost with not that smokey.
    I'm still running with my old turbo gt2060v because there are some serious delays from borg-warner to my turbo-dealer. I also did change the old nozzles to the new with bigger opening pressure and it runs smooth idle now. Now the clutch is end of it's lifetime after the 320k so it slipps on 4-6 gear after the boost and fuel is up. :)

    Main problem atm is the fuel cutting on higher revs -> 60-120 fuel cutting / fueling error 2.5tdi - YouTube
