    Initially for BKD was used 5W40. In the last few years they've switched to 5W30. I'm still using Castrol Edge 5W40, the same oil that was in the car when it exit the factory.

    The wiper doesn't sit properly. It is droopy. You can pull it out and move it a few notches CCW to make it sit right. The tips also seem to stay on a side. One tip is higher than the other.

    That pipe is connected to the EGR cooler at the other end. If you want to get rid of it, you would need another blanking plate for the other end too. Or do an EGR delete and also remove the cooler. ...

    Looks very good! The only thing left to be fixed are the front grill, rear wiper and the exhaust tips.
