Dodo Blue Velvet Pro application tips?

    Hi Jen,

I've just placed an order and in amongst it is a panel pot of Blue Velvet Pro to try. Do you have any application tips or technique for me? For reference I've only ever used AG HD Wax so I'm a touch nervous of making a mess.

What's best to apply it with and how long should I leave it to cure?

    Thanks.

    Hi Scotty

All the Dodo Juice waxes are easy to apply so you've got no need to be concerned.

Apply it using a foam applicator to the whole car and leave it to cure for 30 minutes then buff off - nice and simple

Try to do it out of direct sunlight and make sure that the bodywork is cool otherwise it can dry too quickly.

If you notice any hazing after buffing off then go over again about half an hour or so later to remove this

Thanks Jen. So easy to use. Here's the outcome on the bonnet (prepared with Lime Prime via DA).

Could you apply it on a lambswool pad on a slow speed with a da?

No that's not a good idea as the wax will clog up the pad and your going to be wasting an aweful lot of it and the pro version isnt exactly cheap.

No worries, being a lazy git I was kinda hoping for an easy way out. But to get the good results you have to put in the time.
