This is a large 'celebration' cake, which will probably serve about 50-60 people, depending on portion size. It's vanilla sponge with a crème-chantille filling, trimmed with genuine Belgian Marzipan and topped with custom royal Icing.
Paid several thousand pounds to have it made a couple of days ago, but hate to see it go to waste. -Free to anyone who can collect.
