how much would you guys be to fit a set of uprated rods?
how much for the rods ?

any news on the manifold ?
hows the testing going ?

The uprated con rods for your vehicle are listed on the JBS website link below.

These rods will take 8 hours labour to fit which will be £470inc VAT.
On top of this the labour price will be parts such as big end bearings and other associated gaskets seals and belts recommended to be replaced.
As an addition to this we would also recommed the stripping and rebuilding of the cylinder head (inc. head skim).
