JBS Cast K03 Upgrade Manifold Group Buy.

As many of you have asked about a group buy, we have put one together to sell the last of the first batch.

JBS’ new cast manifold design concentrates more on collector efficiency, eliminating port sharing and minimise the effects of EGT's.

The manifolds have then been designed and produced directly from the CAD models to ensure best flow capabilities, accuracy and fitment.

JBS has commissioned a very high quality foundry which is used by many OEM turbo suppliers and OEM vehicle manufacturers to ensure the castings are of the highest quality.

JBS has spent a great deal of time researching the latest high temperature resistant cast steels. These cast steels have a high nickel content, having the following properties makes them ideal for our performance manifolds: resistance to corrosion, resistance to oxidisation and high temperatures (up to 1050 oC), resistance to wear and erosion.

This is to ensure a minimal amount of thermal expansion and an equal rate of thermal expansion to the turbo housing, this again minimises the potential for thermal fatigue (cracking).

The bolts provided for the fitment of the turbo to the manifold are a specific size and material to prevent stretching, which also leads to blowing gaskets seen on many of our competitors manifolds.



The RETAIL price is £446.50 including VAT for the manifold.

Fitting takes 4hrs, Labour will be charged at £188 inc VAT which includes a 20% discount.

The JBS 05 OEM replacement manifold for the K04 is still in the design stages, like our stage 1 and K03 manifold it will be a cast collecter design.We have flow tested our prototypes an are now tweeking the design to get the best performance.The JBS 05 manifold should be going into production at the same as the JBS 04 OEM replacement manifold, IHI and Garrett stage 1 manifolds.JBS Developments
