Thread: JBS new project/demo car - Mk2 Leon FR 2.0TFSi

Hello all!
I guess it was about time that I posted up our Seat Leon FR 2.0TFSi project/demo car

We have got some big plans for this just like we did with our Skoda Octavia (which ended up being 602bhp )

Here is a picture of the car not long after we first got it:



Rolling Road session stock with no modifications at all!

196.6bhp and 182.20lb/ft


After getting bored with the stock power (very quickly) we installed Custom-Code Phase 1+ £370.13 with 30% off

255.8bhp and 252.1lb/ft :D a little better but still not quite enough!


Next step: Bolt on extras!!

Ok we have bolted on loads of extra goodies and tuned the car with Custom-Code Phase 2 and now the clutch is slipping!!!!! So we are now getting a new clutch and differential for it then get it on the rollers.

I will update with all the bolted on goodies and some pictures

Looks well nice those brakes look wicked through the standard wheels.

VW Fox...... hmmm I am sure we could do something extreme with that :D Maybe wack the new RS6 lump in the back??? Now that would be cool!

UPDATE!

Good news!!!

With all the above modifications including the Autotech fuel pump upgrade along with Custom-Code Pump Specific Software (C-C PSS)

308bhp and 290lb/ft at the flywheel
265bhp and 255lb/ft at the wheels

Another update: Sorry we have been so busy we have not had time to work on our car!

Here is a few pictures of the Standard and Sachs performance clutch kit

Here is a nice little upgrade too - Front wishbone rear bushes upgrade from the Audi S3/LC
Standard Top - S3/LC Bottom



As you can see the standard ones have holes in the bushes to aid comfort where as the S3/LC ones are solid rubber to aid performance :D

Next is Diff and K04 Hybrid turbo upgrade :D (next week!!!!)

Sorry to write in this year old thread lol, but i see your leon quite a bit, i work down in sheepsbridge works car valeting. Sounds awesome too, my gaffa had his a4 tdi remapped at your place a few months back..

It's not a problem, to be honest we just not have had time to work on the car, got everything here ready and waiting for it but because we are so busy!

Yeah, one of the guys uses the cars daily it is an great piece of kit.
