just picking your brains on behalf of a friend. she got reversed into last night and the owner of the other car came around and said they will sort it throught there insurance as they are accepting fault obviously. thing is my friend hasnt informed insurance of vinyls and tints as she thought she didnt need to as its only stickers in effect. can she get in trouble for this when they come to sort the car out?

I doubt it to be honest.
They will only access the damage and send a report to the insurance company detailing what needs repairing, it is not the repairer/garages job to check you have declared mods etc.
I cannot see a few tints and stickers making any difference, especially as the accident was not your fault, if it was your fault then they would probably check everything.
