Multi Car Insurance NCD

Hi,

I have 7 years NCD on my policy for my main car and have zero NCD on my Audi as it is a new car.

Can i transfer the 7 years NCD to the Audi if i cancel my current policy on the main car and get a multi car quote with then zero NCD on my main car?

Could someone please help!

Some insurers can 'mirror' your NCB, but even with multicar policies, each car has 's own separate NCB, it's not one policy. No point cancelling your existing policy to join a multicar unless it's cost effective!

You're best bet will be to contact multi car insurance providers and see what their stance is on accepting NCB and also accruing NCB.

As jojo says , some insurers (Sky Insurance included) can 'mirror' your NCB over to the second vehicle.
