Bored on a Sunday afternoon, browsing Autotrader (as you do). Very nice RS5, 11 plate, 53K, reg number RS05 BLU (yes, its blue).

Compare that meerkat thing. £562 fully comp (Admiral). I was well surprised. I thought in this day and age what with the rise in premiums, that on a car like that I would be looking closer to what the most expensive quote was; £1826 FC (Aim - whoever they are).

Maybe there are good points to being an old git :)
 
The RS5s are a machine and a half Gary..
 
Hmmmm RS5, beautifully designed car. Off for a gander.
 
There was a similar post on the rs3 being cheaper than an 8p2 s3 because people haven't had chance to nick or damage any yet. same goes for the rs5 I suppose
 
Well I've got a bungalow on the market at the moment, and if I didn't need the proceeds for other ventures, I'd have one. Maybe if future ventures are a success ;)

R8 in the £40k's. Now that's what I'm talking about. If in 3 years when the S3 goes I can get one with decent low mileage I may well have one at that price. Nom nom.
