It's the same as the "How many years NCB?" and "Have you been involved in an accident?" questions - they get to put your quote up regardless of if it was your fault or not. No, that's the point of no claims.
Honestly, at a dinner party I'd rather sit next to a murderer than an insurance broker. Vultures, the lot of them, and that's hardly fair on vultures.
