unlocking vodafone n70

anyone know if I can unlock a vodafone N70 to work with a " 3 " contract

or am I wasting my time

ive heard they cant be done but that might not be true, there are ppl on ebay offering this service. Oh and while your at it make sure you have version 5 of the software as its much faster and allows tomtom to run on the phone without locking it up

N70 is on newer BB5 platform so not as easy to unlock on certain networks,yes the vodafone version can be unlocked via code,costs run from £20-£50 to have it done but try vodafone themselves and see how much they will charge
Just watch 3 dosent shut the handset and simcard down if their system detects your not using a 3 software branded handset
