Couple of guys in work has spoke about them and they seem like a great device for car computer.
Anyone out there using a Raspberry pi or know much about them for this sort of application?

I have just purchased one of these to setup and use as a media server at home on my nice new HD TV ;)

Two guys in work are selling theirs and going for the newer android units.
Apparently the rPi's are slow and theses are quicker.

I'm going to wait and see what they say when they used it.

Let me know how you get on mate.

I did read about the android ones but lets face it, Linux rules. Shame I'm a noob!

Anyway I ordered a new model raspberry with 512mb and I've been doing research all day to make sure it'll do what I want. Only cost £25 too.
