A4 B6 Tdi Tyre Widths

Hi,

Ive just gone from 17" 235/45 to 19" 235/35. Now the 19's are 8J and the rims stick out a bit more than the tryes do and suffering from kerbing alot more.

Has anyone here gone for a 245 or 255 on a 8J and would they still fit in the arches of a A4 b6 tdi?

Any ideas welcome.
 
I'm on 225's on an 8.5 rim so i'd say 235 is fine.

Generally avoid kerbs or fork out for tyres with rim protection, tyres too wide for the rim will have an adverse effect on handling and bodyroll
