According to parkers the weight of your car is 1395kg. If a car has 50:50 weight distribution over the axles then that would be 698Kg per axle. Now being front engined and front wheel drive the car probably isn't 50:50 but it would need to be 75:25 front to rear to have 1050kg over the front axle and the audi's not that bad so i think your safe to proceed
I'd assume you get the spring rated closest to your axle weight. A higher rated spring will be stiffer so as to not compress under the extra weight of the car, and a stiffer spring will give a harder ride.
I'd have thought koni would have the springs specified by car type.
