Thread: Ride height?

Hi i have a 1.9tdi sport (130bhp, 2002). Does anyone know if it should have sports suspension as it is a sport model and if it does, how much lower it is that standard? Also when you buy lowering springs for a car do the specs usually refer to how much loer it is that standard? (i.e if i purchased 40mm lowering springs for an S3, would it be 40mm lower than standard or 40mm lower that what i currently have on my S3)?

If the springs are 40mm lowering springs they will lower the car 40mm below stock level as long as you have bought the correct springs for your car.
