    H&R Suspension kit VS Koni FSD - A3 1.8T

    Hi,

Do I go Koni FSD & Koni Springs?
    OR
    H&R Sport Kit?

To be honest I'm leaning more toward the H&R Kit as it suits what I'm looking for.

Whats the general feedback on this? Koni VS H&R

I've just purchased FSD's and will be using them with std springs. I get them fitted on Thurs - hoping this combo will work really well along with H&R ARB's. I will give a full write up then.

Aky I would be interested to know what you think as I have H&R ARB's on standard suspension. I plan to change to FSD's but unsure of which springs to get.

Can you measure height before, after and a few weeks later as I have heard ride height goes up after?

Is the ride much harder than standard with H&R?

It is stiffer but it's not stupidly stiff or bouncey!

    Well Peeps,

FSD's arrived today with Koni 30mm springs.
    LARKSPEED had the best deal!

Should have them fitted by next week.
I also have to replace both sets of front & rear bushes as there screwed.

The car currently bounces like I'm on water and each arch/wheel/floor measurement is all over the shop!

Once its all sorted I will post a write up.

Well the Koni's are on and it feels so much better.
Still unsure if there is something else not quite right on the suspension.
I know I need the bushes sorted but like I say its loads better.
