I have got FK coilovers (A3 1.8t 8L) and wanted to know if it easy to adjust the height on the rear suspension, because its running to low and i want to raise it up a few inches. Does anybody know if i have to go to garage to sort it or can i do it myself??. much help would be greatly appreciated.

You can adjust the FKs at the back very easily. You only need to jack it up enough to raise the wheels off the floor and reach the adjusters with the two "C" spanners.
Raised the rear of mine the other day. Took about 30 mins and you don't even need to remove the wheels.
