Thread: 18inch rims and 40mm lowering?

I have ordered a set of Koni springs for my '97 A6 2.4 V6 which will lower it by 40mm. I am also looking to fit a set of 8x18 rims with ET35 and 235width tires.

Can anybody advise me if this combination will work ok or what size of tire I should be looking at.

i did reply with an answer to your question mate, but i just realised you dont have an a3 so it wont be no use to you what say. lol
