prob round 40mm would be decent enough look but the advantage with coilovers is that you can wind them up and down as you please
start with 30 or so to bed them in and after a few days/week, wind them down a bit more until your happy with the appearance and performance
i had coilovers on my dci clio - i wasnt overly fussed and the ride was hard i enough so i plan to just go for a 40/50mm kit and some 18" rims

Simon, even at the highest possible setting, they are already very low. You'll probably end up setting them near the highest possible point and still be dropped nearly 35 mm from your OEM sport setup.
