02 a3 tdi 130 brake upgrade

hi just wondering if its possible for me to upgrade my standard 280mm discs to 312mm using the caliper carriers off a tt225 quattro and changing the discs? im fairly sure that they use the same caliper its just the carriers that are different. just thought id find out for sure before i buy them, dont the s3's have the same setup?

its ok since having the car on the ramps ive sorted the front and rear break upgrade so will post pics when im finished

post some pics up mate, - brakes are next on my list of things to do - think i might need the extra stopping power after the remap in 2 weeks

i thought it was a bit more difficult to do the 312mm upgrade if you had the 280mm setup as standard? what exactly did you have to change as im interested in doin this?

i think the 280mm setup requires different hubs in order to take the 312mm kit,

the 288mm brakes (as fitted on the tdi 130's can be swapped out far easier as long as you have the caliper carriers from a TT / S3 to accomodate the 312mm discs.
