vomit inducing

hi all
ive got an a3 1.9tdi 110, its on a "w" and has covered 63k,
ive had it a week and just been on its first long drive and me and the wife agree it makes you feel a bit sick!!
what changes can we make to the suspension to make it handle better but not break our spines.
