Audi 80 lowering springs, can you use old springs?

Hi guys! im new here, i have a 1994 audi 80, love cars dont know a whole lot about them! anyways i was on ebay looking at lowering springs for the car. Springs for 1994- models where quite expensive, however lowering springs for audi 80 1986-1991 where really cheap! is there anyway you can use the old springs on the new version? any help would be great! thanks

No you can't, hence why the are different parts for different years, also depends on which engine etc etc, best not to scrimp on handling if you can help it.
